Dr. Jackson has been in private practice since 1981 and founded Jackson Chiropractic Clinic in 1982. A Chiropractic Orthopedics diplomate, he has taught at Northwestern Health Sciences University and consulted for state agencies. A devoted father and grandfather, he remains active in the community.
Dr. Jackson has been in private practice since earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern College of Chiropractic (now Northwestern Health Sciences University) in 1981, and established Jackson Chiropractic Clinic in Vadnais Heights in 1982.
He also completed a postgraduate Chiropractic Orthopedic program in 1986 – a three-year program with rigorous studies and clinical experience that help to increase his diagnostic expertise.
As a result, Dr. Jackson attained diplomate status with the Academy of Chiropractic Orthopedists – a prestigious honor, and testament to his diagnostic skills and clinical experience. A firm believer in the truism “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” when it comes to wellness and health, Dr. Jackson is an extremely active community member.
He was a faculty member of Northwestern College of Chiropractic for 3 years and served as senior clinic supervisor for NWCC’s outpatient clinic in St. Paul. He’s also trained several students through a preceptor program for Northwestern Health Science University. A published author, he has been a guest lecturer at NWCC for a variety of topics, and has done public speaking for various organizations.
He was also an in-house consultant for State Fund Mutual Insurance Company for 5 years, and served as a consultant for the State of Minnesota as well as being asked to sit on the State of Minnesota Legislative Advisory Board in 2004. Dr. Jackson is a devoted father of 4 children and 3 grandchildren.
